Last Updated: September 28, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to GSR Heights. This website is owned and operated by GSR Builders and Developers Private Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users' and clients' information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.gsrheights.com and use our services.
This policy is issued in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").
Please read this policy carefully. By using our website and submitting an enquiry, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Site, but may include the following:
- Personal Data: Your full name, email address, and phone number when you fill out an inquiry or contact form.
- Voluntary Information: Any other information you voluntarily provide, such as your preferred apartment type (e.g., 2 BHK, 3 BHK), your approximate budget range, your purchase timeline, your intended site-visit date, or your interest in our project for investment purposes.
- Usage Data: Information about your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and pages visited on our site. This is collected automatically through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
- Advertising and Campaign Identifiers: When you arrive at our site from an online advertisement, we record the click identifiers and campaign parameters attached to that visit (for example Google Click ID gclid, gbraid, wbraid, Meta's fbclid, and UTM parameters such as source, medium and campaign name), along with the landing page and referrer. These are stored in your browser and submitted with your enquiry so that we can attribute the enquiry to the correct advertising campaign and measure advertising performance. They do not, by themselves, identify you.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as financial account numbers, government identifiers, biometric data or health information through this website. Please do not submit such information through our forms.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Respond to Your Inquiries: To contact you and provide the information you have requested about GSR Heights, including sending you our e-brochure, floor plans, and pricing details.
- To Schedule Site Visits: To coordinate and confirm your visit to our sample flat.
- Marketing and Promotions: To send you promotional materials, newsletters, and updates about the project that we believe may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving these communications at any time.
- Advertising Measurement and Attribution: To understand which advertisements and campaigns generate genuine enquiries, to report conversions to advertising platforms, and to improve the efficiency of our marketing spend.
- To Improve Our Website: To understand how users interact with our website, allowing us to enhance user experience and improve the site's functionality.
- Legal and Security Purposes: To comply with legal obligations and protect the security and integrity of our website and business operations.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We value your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following situations:
- With Our Analytics and Advertising Providers: Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel) receive usage and conversion data as described in Section 6.
- With Our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Provider: This website is operated by our authorised marketing partner, DigiExplorer Branding Solution, and enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted to their CRM (hosted at crm.digiexplorer.in), which our sales team uses to receive, assign and follow up on leads. The data shared includes the name, phone number, email address, unit preference, approximate budget, purchase timeline, preferred site-visit date, the form the enquiry came from, and the advertising/campaign identifiers described in Section 2. The partner's team may also contact you on our behalf regarding your enquiry.
- With Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors and consultants who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work (for example, email/hosting providers and IT support). They are permitted to use the data only to perform those services.
- With Financial Institutions: Where you specifically request home loan assistance, with the partner bank or financial institution of your choice.
- For Legal Reasons: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (for example, a court or a government agency).
5. Data Security
We have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect the security of any personal information we process, including transport encryption (HTTPS) on our forms and access controls on our enquiry database. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your campaign source, and measure performance. Specifically, we use:
- Google Analytics 4 — to understand aggregate traffic and on-site behaviour.
- Google Ads — to measure advertising conversions and attribute enquiries to campaigns.
- Meta Pixel — to measure the performance of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- First-party attribution storage — a first-party cookie and browser storage entry that retains the campaign and click identifiers from your first visit for up to 90 days, so that an enquiry made later can still be attributed correctly.
You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, and you can clear your browser storage at any time. Doing so will not prevent you from using the site or submitting an enquiry. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage Google advertising preferences at Google My Ad Center.
7. Data Retention
We retain enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and to maintain our customer and sales records, and thereafter for the period required to comply with applicable legal, tax and regulatory obligations. Where data is no longer required for any of these purposes, it is deleted or anonymised. Analytics and advertising data is retained in accordance with the retention settings of the respective platform.
8. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Request access to a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- Request correction, completion or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
- Request erasure of your personal data, where it is no longer required and we are not required by law to retain it;
- Withdraw the consent you previously gave, at any time, by writing to us at the address in Section 12. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal;
- Opt out of marketing communications, by replying STOP to an SMS/WhatsApp message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling our representative during a call;
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity;

10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us, including the UP RERA portal and our banking partners. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
